About KaylaPrescilla

Hello!

My name is Kayla and I am currently a college student earning her degree in Pediatric Intensive Care Nursing. I love to play the piano and have really fun dance parties.

I have been a tutor for about 7 years. (since 7th-12th grade). I have always had a fondness of helping kids with what they struggle with in education. Both of my parents were very invested in my education, and I am where I want to be with all the help they have given to me.

Now I want to return the help by helping other students. I've had stellar grades in English and Math and I have always enjoyed learning those subjects. I am very excited to help your kids with those subjects as well.

My neighbor needed a tutor in English Lit, and I went ahead and applied for the job. I didn't know anything about tutoring so I researched online how to tutor and I just fell in love with the job. Every since, I have been helping many students with their educational needs.

About the lesson

I try to get to know them first. Who they are, what are their favorite hobbies. I would like to know their learning style and what are they struggling with.

It is important to learn who your students are so I can help them with their learning struggles.

Perfect! I hired Kayla to tutor my daughter on the SAT. It was my daughter’s second test, and she needed to get her math score up. With a few online tutorials with Kayla my daughters math points went up 30 which was great. Thank you I would recommend Kayla for tutoring
