About Francis
I'm interested in helping other people speak or better their Spanish. I am fluent in Spanish. I can read, write and speak. I have family from Guatemala and I used to teach English to Spanish speakers.
I enjoy motivating my students. Watching them grow and learn.
I got started teaching when I was living in Guatemala for 5 years. I graduated as a teacher in Central America.
I graduated from Roosevelt high school with a diploma, I graduated as a kindergarten teacher in Guatemala (Central America), I started working as a bilingual education teacher in Guatemala, I graduated as a volunteer firefighter. My teaching was with a group of kids, teens, and young adults.

I make sure to teach them alphabet, how to pronounce words, how to read before they can write the words. I motivate them with listening to music in Spanish and singing along songs that are easy for them. I give them homework assignments or help them with their homework that they don't understand.
I've worked with kids, teenagers and young adults.
To ask questions. Don't be afraid to ask what you don't understand and keep asking until you know what to do.
