About Lisa
Hi! I'm a senior chemistry student at Carnegie Mellon University. I graduated from TJ in 2016. I want to help students learn at a pace that suits them, and would love to break down concepts into digestible, easy to understand ways. If you need STEM or test prep, I'm here to help!
I love setting strong learning foundations by breaking down concepts that seem intimidating at first into smaller parts.

I like to first figure out where the student currently stands in their subject matter, then I like to highlight the areas in need of work. Then, I would ask the student what they're comfortable with, and make a plan to strengthen their foundations, practice, and become more confident in the subject.
I will work with middle and high school students with their course work and test prep!
