About Olivia
Hello! :) I am a PhD student in clinical child psychology and I have earned my undergraduate degree in psychology and neuroscience. I have experience tutoring math (especially statistics), neuroscience, reading, and writing. In the past, I worked at the writing center at my university and I was a teaching assistant for college level statistics. In addition to working will college students, I also have a great deal of experience working with children and have worked as a counselor in a children's unit in a hospital. In this position, I assisted children in the hospital keep up with their school work in all subjects.
I started tutoring while I was earning my undergraduate degree.
B.A. in Psychology (Neuroscience Minor)

I first check in with a student to see what they hope to gain from working together and what they are currently working on. Then, I create a plan with them about how we can approach the issues they are struggling with.
I have worked with students ranging in age from 5-58 and I am open to working with students of any age! I also have worked with students with special needs including autism, ADHD, epilepsy, anxiety, schizophrenia, and learning disorders.
