About Hannah

As a college student, I know how tough certain subjects can be. My whole high school career I was in only Advance Placement classes and International Baccalaureate classes. I have a drive for success and I believe it is my passion to extend my hard work and motivation skills to other students. I have participated in leadership programs such as East Side Rotary of Cincinnati, so I am excited to bring this leadership further into the community also. I can’t wait to work with you and be able to bring you 100% success

I started when I began tutoring my freshman year in high school. I loved being able to challenge myself by working with different learning styles but also figuring out what best helps people.

I am a college student that has been doing only high level work. I am fully prepared to help further your knowledge on the subject.

About the lesson

First I like to find out what they specifically are needing help with. Next I like to find out their style of learning so I can cater to their learning needs. I then like to try a couple different studying techniques to see what works best and will help you retain the information

I have worked with many different types of students. I have worked with students who are straight A students who just needed extra help to students with IEP’s who need an extra push.

Find someone who cares about the student and not the money. Make sure their intentions to actually help and care for you are there.

I think of this as one of my biggest accomplishments as a tutor: I was working with a student who had a 1.5 GPA at the beginning of her freshman year. She had no motivation to work or to get anything done. By tutoring her I was able to give her the listening ear she needed, which motivated her to work. By the end of her Freshman year we boosted her GPA to a 3.2! She did a complete switch and is now on track to become an AP student.
