About Jordan
I am a certified teacher that is brining my expertise to the tutoring world. I am a current teacher in the public school system with experience in Common Core. I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in Teaching and Learning. Currently, I am working on obtaining a reading endorsement!
I got started teaching from a very young age. I have wanted to be a teacher my entire life! It started with babysitting and nannying to get some experience with children (which I loved!). I babysat/nannied for nine years. I always loved interatcing with the kids! I went on to study education for a Bachelor's and Master's degree and I started teaching at a public school at the age of twenty.
Currently, I am a teacher with the public school system. I have a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master's degree in Teaching and Learning. I am working on obtaining my reading endorsement to add to my teaching license!

The first thing I do with a new student is give them some sort of assessment so I have some data to inform my imstruction. I will also look over some of the work that they have done previously. Then, I focus on any standout weaknesses for the student based on my data.
