About Aeva
I work with a very diverse group of students. I know English, Spanish and American Sign Language. I love working with students and I am a very patient and calm person to work with. I will be more than happy to work with your hours and I will shape my lessons to your needs and anything you feel that is worth going over!
I absolutely love being able to help students in any way I can. I want to be able to grow a bond and have young kids understand that they can always keep going and work through things that trouble them! I have been working with younger kids and their English for 2 years. I have volunteered at an elementary school and have absolutely enjoyed the interactions with the kids.

I will usually ask what they feel most uncomfortable with when it comes to their English class. Once I recieve their feedback I will ask to speak to their parent or guardian about why they reached out to me. I will then spend about 10 minutes asking questions to see what they do and do not understand. I will make sure to always ask the student how they feel about the lesson along with their parent or guardian.
