About Kim
My passion for learning and love of the English language will allow me to build your child's confidence and help guide them towards success in reading, writing and grammar. I am a very easygoing, patient tutor who enjoys working with children and making education fun.
I have received 73 undergraduate credits with elementary and early childhood education as my major. I have completed college level English Compositon 1 and 2, Public Speaking as well as 9 courses in Child Development. In Spring 2019, I completed an Adult Literacy course that was formulated to help non native speakers and adult learnes with English.

When working with a new student I prefer getting to know a little bit of their back ground history, what they consider strengths and weaknesses and what areas they would like to improve.
I have been tutoring younger family members and children of associates for 15+ years. I have also tutored inpatient students at Riley's Children's Hospital in Indianapolis.
