About Molly
Actually, my zeal for teaching has enabled the educational development of a M.Ed., with a special education emphasis, in addition to completing two teachers' credentials for teaching Kindergarten through Grade 12. However, my service stands out, first, because of assessment skills that help me to understand concepts that baffle the student. Next, my use of connectivity skills uniquely engages the student until mastery of those concepts are achieved, through intrinsic rewards and immediate feedback.
Creating a safe and happy work environment is very rewarding. However, capturing those moments when students gain proficiency in tasks that were once difficult for them are always the most enjoyable events for me.
