About Haylie
Since I was a child I have loved learning and education. I have always made it my goal to ensure that those around me are learning to the best of their abilities. I have been tutoring the children in my town for six years and volunteering in an elementary setting for ten plus years. I earned a bachelors in psychology, graduating cum laude. I am currently enrolled in a masters program. I just want every single kid to succeed.
I started tutoring because I would volunteer in my mothers classroom and I would notice the struggle some kids have. It gave me the idea to start tutoring.

Firstly, I like to get to know a little bit about them as a person. I like to know who they are and how they learn. I want to connect on a personal level so that they are completely comfortable in learning with me. Once I get to know them, I try to assess them and see where they are and what they need the most help in.
