About Monna
I work with students to make them reach their full potential. I create a safe, comfortable platform for students that they learn that mistakes are learning processes. I make students excell in all academic areas.
I am an expert teacher with over 20 years of experience. I have taught students of all ages. I have a bachelor degree in elementary education and a masters in ELL learning (ESL).

I start by learning to know the student's strengths and weaknesses. I then give the student a pre-test and based on the results, I create a plan. Once I start working with a student, I use the I Do, We Do and YouDo model to make the student grasp any concept. There are other strategies that I also use to make the student successful.
