About Christian Alexander
Hey! my name is Christian and I'm a native English speaker, who's been a tutor for individuals of all ages to improve their overall vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing efficiency, and speaking skills. I have knowledge in the four areas of language learning: Speaking, Writing, Listening, and Reading. My background consists of over 2 years of experience, combined with a passion for serving as an effective educator and helping students to achieve proficiency in the English language.

My lessons are highly interactive, fruitful, result-oriented, are held in a friendly and calm atmosphere. The approaches I use are simple, yet effective. Each of my lessons is aimed to be productive and bring the maximum amount of knowledge to the student.
I believe that the ability to speak fluently is a key element of mastering any language, therefore, most of my lessons are aimed specifically at improving spoken English. I usually put together a brief presentation on a specific topic (sports, traveling, movies, business, etc.) based on the individuals/group's current skills and abilities; begin with simple small talk to set a friendly mood for the rest of the lesson, gradually moving to the main topic.
At the end of the lesson, I often give simple and entertaining homework that we will discuss and revise next time (watch a movie, read an article, watch a TED Talk, write a paragraph, etc.).
