About Joseph
I provide high quality and experienced tutoring across the humanities. I hold a graduate degree in English Literature from the University of St. Andrews, and have worked as an editor and tutor for several years. I pride myself on creating a friendly and supportive, but still rigorous environment for my students.
I have a Masters in English Literature from the university of St. Andrews, and have worked as a tutor and freelance editor for ~4 years.

My process is flexible, depending on the needs of an individual student, but when teaching writing I like to begin with a piece of academic work by the student, edit it, and discuss my feedback with the student, then work through individual challenges.
I have mostly worked with university students, but am comfortable with the high school level as well.
