About Alex
I really enjoy working with students of all ages. I am a very patient and organized person, and I try to explain things in a simple, straightforward way.
As a graduate teaching assistant in college.
I have a bachelor's degree in finance and I have spent the past few years working towards my graduate degree in economics. I have been a graduate teaching assistant for a number of courses and my duties typically include hosting office hours and leading test review sessions. Further, I have tutored a number of students over the past few years in economics and finance courses.

In an academic setting I have mostly worked with college students. However, I spent three years coaching middle school and high school kids full-time and I am very comfortable with children of those ages as well.
Most students typically already possess the tools required to overcome the challenges they face. Breaking down complex topics in a simple way and taking things one step at a time can be incredibly helpful and reassuring.
