About Patrick
I am an illustration and design instructor with over 20 years of professional experience in the design field. I am also a certified PA K-12 arts teacher.
I enjoy working with students who are interested in pursuing a career in art or design and helping them realize their dreams.
I hold a BFA in illustration and design, a MSIT in Instructional Design, BS in Art Education, and am in the process of preparing my MFA thesis in illustration.
I am certified to teach in Pennsylvania in the following areas:
Art- K-12
Business, Computers, and Information Technology- K-12
Commercial Art- 7-12
Graphic Occupations- 7-12

Initially I will have a phone conference with the student/parent/guardian and discuss the student's goals to discern if I am a good match for what they hope to achieve.
Once we establish that we will be working together, I will prepare an outline of topics to be covered in the lessons and schedule times to meet.
I have worked with all ages of students from K-college level.
