About Christopher
The creative process mirrors and assists the personal growth process and it's been a priceless tool for navigating through life. Anyway I can assist others on their journey through creative expression and honing techical skills is paying forward the benefits I've recieved from art.
I love art, It's inherently exciting and interesting. I love when students have "aha" moments in their own practice.
Sometime in my youth I got good at drawing and people have been asking me questions about it ever since.
I have a Masters Degree in Painting from Laguna College of Art + Design which qualifies me to teach at the college level. (Laguna is one of 2 accredited traditional representational programs in the country). I've designed and lead my own workshops. I've taught at Laguna College of Art + Design and Art Center School of Design. I've been a full time artist since 2013. I've been drawing and painting since I was able.
