About Louise
I've taught people of all ages how to draw. I'm a educated art instructor with a Bachelor's degree in Art and visual Theater who believes anyone and everyone can draw and that part of the drawing process is seeing. My Master's in Liberal Studies has helped inform my own Art processes of seeing the world through many eyes. I love to see my students realize their potential for art and creativity. I had a business called Art Workshop for Kids when I lived in the Lock Haven Pennsylvania area. We had fun expressing our creativity with drawing,
painting, mural work, sculpting, and fabric art. I've worked in professional theater as a properties designer in Pittsburgh for 15 years and recently retired. So my schedule is wide open. I have a professional and mature business approach as well as a fun creative style of teaching.
I have a vBachelor's degree in Art and Theatre with a teaching certificate for 1-12 grade and a Masters Degree in Liberal Studies.Training on a sewing machine, print making machine and almost all major carpentry tools. Oil painting is my favorite medium. I am knowledgeable and have created watercolor paintings, pencil and pen sketches as well as fabric painting. I had my own private art class business called Children's Art Workshop at Millbrook CAWAM. I built props professionally for over 25 years.
