I lead dance fitness courses that influence a creative approach to working out. Want a session the fits your style? Ask about selecting the music for your personal session!

My passion is to help others build a stronger zest for life through creative expression and physical activity!

I got tired of working and decided to follow my passion!

1 year of training in Studio City, CA with various instructors at Millennium Dance Complex and Playground LA.

About the lesson

I'll consult with you to find out your fitness goals. We'll do a fitness test in our first session to establish your current level of fitness. From there, I will put together a customized routine that works each muscle group and focuses on your specific fitness goals.

Teenagers to Elderly Adults at the Beginner to Intermediate skill leverl.
