About ANTONIA
Good food nourishes the soul and sustains life, creates energy rather than dis-ease. After being diagnosed with a terminal illness I decided to focus on changing my eating habits. This new diet of going organic and raw, learning many ancient cooking traditions i’ve found what I think is the ideal diet for sustainable living. With a focus on sustainable local organic wild and foraged foods, we learn to use intuition to create healthy meals with what is available to us. Our focus is on raw, fermented and cooked foods, salads, Mediterranean and Greek inspired dishes. We learn to use techniques and skills that will retrain the mind and pallet to understand what cooking really means.
I enjoy teaching and passing down knowledge from my great teachers and grandmother.
