About Stacey
We teach how to grow your own food, to cook with the bounty and to learn why these natural foods are best for your body.
Our founder and owner, Stacey Antine, MS, RDN, has a master's in nutrition and dietetics from New York University, is the author of Appetite for Life, HarperOne and is an accomplished organic gardening. She loves delicious food and enjoys teaching children and adults her culinary/healthy skills.
Stacey has appeared on the Rachael Ray Show, CNN, WABC, in the New York Time and over 300 media outlets for her nutrition and culinary work.
