It's the gentle touch he applies to all the many different spices he uses (most of which have incredible antioxidant and healing propeties), or maye it's just that extra dose of love he puts into everything he cooks - but whatever it is, it works! And a meal taught by his talented hands will be a treat and a thrill.
Chef Ravi has cooked all over the world, for Middle Eastern royalty &has successfully conducted two international Indian food promotions in Sri Lanka & Portugal and winning many awards for culinary excellence at Salon Culinaire in Dubai(U.A.E)
Chef Ravi's Indian cooking are ideal for anyone who craves truly authentic, delicious, Indian food that's just out of the ordinary and way off the taste scale!.
Ability to teach comfortably and involve the students in the classes is the part I enjoy the most.
Diploma in hotel mgt and restaurant technology with 30 years of industry experience including conducting two successful international food promotions.
