About Catia
Hello!
I am Catia, I am 32 years of age and I am a plant based alkaline cook. I own my own business - NATURAVAN- a vegan food truck serving Natural Alkaline creations.
Through the last 14 years I have been changing my diet trying to achieve health, strength, quality of life but above all HAPPINESS. I realized that we truly “are what we eat” and that all the effort and understanding on how to achieve the best of yourself has to be accomplish by ourselves. It starts with the thoughts, then the food then your life style. Our everyday choices make up to how we feel and act.
My approach is very simple, the only think I truly do is what I love. I love spending time with people, I love telling stories and mainly my story and I really love cooking! The cooking part out has been an amazing growth for me for the last couple of years as I had my awakening and I started to have a very close relationship with my body, mind and soul.
I wish to see you soon and to share with you a bit of me and I can only hope that I can learn fohow m you to.
We are all teachers and students. There is no difference between me and you we are here right now living this life in during the same time with all happening soon on earth 🌏
