About Grant
I specialize in authentic Italian and Sicilian scratch cooking. I have studied in Italy twice, meeting several Italian chefs and business owners. I have done numerous live television cooking demos. I have done many "in store" (grocery store) live demos with recipes and tastings. I have held many private cooking classes for anywhere from 1-25. I have a very easy going and personable attitude and personality. I have been a private chef for two different families. I have taught students at a catholic high school. I am a very good communicator who speaks with proper English and clearly. My hours are very flexible. I prefer to teach and cook in their homes. I am an honest, reliable, and patient professional chef having led 12 + restaurants and food establishments. I have an impecable 40+ years in my profession with many references.
