About Paul
My experience in the kitchen expands over many cuisines. Teaching, training and sharing my 25 plus years of being a chef is a passion of mine. I am comfortable teaching begginers and trading best practices with veterans in the industry.
I was formally trained in Washington DC in the eighties. I have 30 years of culinary experience. I have spent my career learning about and food and how it defines a culture.
