I love to eat. I love to cook and I love to see the smiles and satisfaction of those I cook for.
I have been cooking for 20 years as a chef and as a mother.I have managed, opened and owned restaurants all over california and only recently slowed downed to raise my 2 little girls.
The kitchen table is the most gathered around space in the house for a reason. Eating, especially with another person, is a time we share happy times and sad times. We celebrate, we plan and we reminisce around the table.

I like to get to know people and why they are wanting to learn more about cooking. If it is a religious reason, romantic reason, just curious or just needing to spruce up their household menu...i like to know. Each phase of learning is so important.
So, I get to know a bit about you and then plan out a menu with you. I will do all the shopping and bring all the needed utinsils with me. You will have a copy of the recipe and we will go over it with any qiesrions you have. Then cook our hearts out.
For children's classes, I like to incorporate some creative and fun aesthetics and a theme.
