About Chef James
We bring good quality food, excellent service with a smile and we share music which is food for the soul.
I love cooking good food, teaching people how to cook good food and sharing my music with the clients/students.
I cooked in and managed a Fish and Chips resturant for 5 years. I have worked as an apprentice with master chef from Canada and taken Master class by Gordon Ramsey. I am certified by American Culinary Federation and by Master Chef Program.

First I begin with food handling, Serve Safe, rules, then I teach safe knife skills. Then I demonstrate and discuss the food preparation terms, dice, mince, steam, frying and cooking terms. Then we cook.
