About Chef Shea
I am a professional chef that prepares customized meals for people with special diet preferences due to a health condition or those who are simply health enthusiasts. I enjoy sharing and preparing foods that not only sustain the body but also heal the mind and soul.
Let me teach you how to transform your favorite dish to accommodate your current dietary needs be it Gluten free, Keto, or replacing sugar with more natural sweeteners. You may want to look at including cannabis in your diet safely and in the comfort of your home by a trained chef.
Anyone looking to live a healthier lifestyle should consider learning simple techniques that can be used in your kitchen that are fun and simple to apply for better health.
Services are done in your kitchen using equipment that you currently have on hand so it will be easy to continue to prepare dishes.
Small classes up to 6 range between $35 to $90 for an hour class and you provide the food. Shopping can be included at an additional cost. Special equipment needed for meal preparation is provided at no additional cost to accomodate students. .
