About Ashton
Chemistry has always been my favorite subject in school and I have excelled in it. Since I understood the concepts well I found myself assisting and tutoring other students in the same class (high-school and College).
I am well educated in Chemistry, having completing chemistry courses at each institution I have attended (with the exception of the Stanford Center) passing with A's.

When I was in highschool I was the varsity lacrosse team captain for 2 years. As a result of this I held captains practices in the off season, starting my career as a coach. When I graduated highschool I started coaching on the sideline and was a varsity assistant coach. That was the start of my interest in teaching.
I am currently a Viticulture and Enology student at WSU. I have an Associates of Art and Science (Tacoma Community College), an Advanced Project Management Certificate (Stanford Center for Proffesional Development).

Getting familiar with their current understanding of the subject and content they are working on. Then teach the missing fundamentals that are needed to fully understand the content. Finally help them work through practice problems that are focused on the content.
I am great at helping those who feel lost in their subject. I am typically able to figure out what fundamentals are missing, and which ones need improvement. Most of all, I encourage everyone to ask for help when they need it!
