About Heather
I was invited to be a peer tutor by a professor and enjoyed helping others succeed in school work.
I have a Biology B.S. as well as an advanced Health Sciences Certificate. I was also a peer tutor throughout college and have helped students achieve success for years.

When working with a new student I like to assess the study methods that they are currently using and go over what works and doesn't work in their routine. I then will work with them on methods of active learning to create learning habits that will be effective.
