I have been a boxer and coach so I have great knowledge in both areas of the boxing world!! I have fought in the golden gloves and also worked with professional fighters and also have been to pro training camps!! I started boxing in 1998 and competed till 2012 now I just coach!! I love my job because of my clients!! They learn how to build discipline and confidence and see great results!! And most of all we all have fun!!
I started teaching at a YMCA because I saw all these trainers teaching the wrong technique of boxing!!
