About Joey
I offer meal plans, supplements, online coaching, in-person.
I'm versatile, experienced, and educated with 10 years of experience.
I help people get healthier and fitter.
I enjoy helping people become happier, stronger, and healthier. I like making them better versions of themselves, and turning weaknesses into strengths.
I did sports in my youth and the urge to exercise and live healthier only has grown over the years. I'm happy as long as I'm helping others.
I trained for two years twice a day with one of the best MMA coaches in the country, Saul Soliz of Metro fight club in Houston. I have been a certified personal trainer for 9 years now in different settings and people. I'm still here helping as many people as I can!
