For over 15 years as a Varsity athletic Coach, Counselor, and Consultant I've enjoyed watching athletes and people, in general, show progress athletically, mentally, and socially.
As a certified Reiki II practitioner, Life Coach, and In-Home Personal Trainer, it is immensely fulfilling to help others improve their lives mentally and physically.
People who knew me would ask if I would teach their son/daughter and/or recommend me to others.
As an athlete, I've participated in organized sports since the age of 10. Started high school Varsity baseball (CF, 2B, P) and basketball (G, F) at the end of my freshman year. Made All-State baseball as a Junior. Played Div. I baseball Drafted in the 6th round by MLB three times (Reds, Padres, Orioles).
As a coach, I've coached high school sports (baseball, softball, basketball, etc.) for 15 years.
