I found this website and decided I could give value to people for a fair price.

I'm a junior at Texas A&M Univeristy-Commerce sport management student with currently a 3.23 GPA. I've volunteered for KAABOO Texas 2019, Byron Nelson, and the National Mexican Soccer Team Fan Tour in Dallas. I know want to share my knowledge with other young adults who aspire to have a career in sports.

About the lesson

I introduce myself to the student, then we discuss the student's problem or question. Whether it be an interest to be involved in sports, the oppurtunities available within sport, etc. I'd like to discuss with the student in some form of a question and answer format.

View their social media profiles (especially LinkedIn) to view their activity in the sport industry. Analyze if they have main connections with people who work where you aspire to work. If you want to be on the marketing team for the Dallas Cowboys, contact the members of the Dallas Cowboy's marketing team and their closest peers.

The #MEXTOUR. This event I volunteered for in Dallas was an excellent networking oppurtunity. I met others like myself who were college students attempting to network and willing to interact with others. Members from Dallas Sports Commision, FC Dallas, and the Mexican National Soccer Team were in attendance. Also, you were given tickets to multiple soccer events.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Have self-awareness and truly understand your desired future. Realize the sport industry is extremely difficult to get into. Understand if you are willing to sacrifice time and money to become a professional in this industry.
