About Darion
As a lifelong athlete with experience in both basketball and football, I am excited to share my knowledge and skills with others who are looking to improve their game. My journey began in high school where I played both sports and eventually as a senior in 2012; I helped lead my team to a national championship at Oak Hill Academy. From there, I continued my athletic career at USC (Southern California) as a member of the men's basketball team. After college, I made the transition back to football and ultimately landed a spot on the Chicago Bears as a tight end in 2020. Through my experiences, I have gained valuable insight into what it takes to succeed in both sports, and I am eager to pass that on to others through my athletic skill training.

I really enjoyed DC training. He was very engaging with my kid and I could see he has a real passion for training. Look forward to our next session.
Great training...my players loved it!
