I like the fact that im pushed no matter what and the fact that we work on real life game situations not just some random drills. I also like the fact that she comes to my games and watches so she can pinpoint my weaknesses and what i need to work on for the next couple of sessions.

Working with Heart of Hoops has been fantastic and i’ve seen tremendous growth and improvement in my skills.

She’s very earnest about what she does, whenever she would coach my team she would always push us to be the best we could be.

Best trainer out!! Very motivational, knowledgeable & supportive. I feel confident and myself when training with Coach Syd. She always let me know the sky is the limit when training with her. - niyah

Coach syd worked on in game situations but she also talked me through it to show if a move doesn't work you can still make something out of it that's what makes her a good trainer she explains situational workouts

She was the best coach I’ve ever had—always pushing me to improve both on and off the court while supporting me every step of the way.
