About Jensen
Jensen Caretti is the founder of JRAC Training LLC, bringing years of experience as a Division I (the Ohio State University) and professional basketball player (Europe, South America, Mexico) into skill development for today’s athletes in Ohio, from Columbus to the Ohio Valley. With a background in Strategic Communications and a Master’s in Entrepreneurship & Marketing, she blends education with elite-level playing and coaching knowledge.
Jensen’s passion is helping players grow both on and off the court by teaching fundamentals, confidence, and discipline. What sets JRAC apart is a personalized approach that meets athletes where they are, whether it’s one-on-one, small group, or team settings. Through proven methods, hands-on instruction, and genuine care, Jensen helps players push past limits and reach their goals. With a focus on personalized training, we aim to enhance your game by focusing on key skills such as ambidexterity, court vision, and strategic footwork. Perfect! Working out with JRAC is always the best part of my day your energy and motivation make every session fun and productive. She push me to do better, and it’s so much easier to stay consistent when we’re in it together
Perfect! My daughter improved tremendously after one hour and half lesson. Everything she learned from Coach Jensen she’ll come home and work on. She breaks things days simple and easier to understand for all ages. She’s patient and my daughter loves seeing her, we look forward to each lesson! Highly recommend to anyone.
