About Jasmine

I have played basketball, football, and lacrosse. I played basketball and lacrosse at the college level. I have been playing for 16 years. I will spend however many hours you want to enhance your performance and skill in your sport. I will come to you or you can come to me. I will work on what you what to improve on while also enhancing your skills in all other areas of your sport. I have been teaching these sports for 3 years now, and I absolutely love it. I love seeing my clients improve and accomplish their goals they started with in their sport.

I love to see the joy on a kid's face when they achieve their goal. Or when what they've been struggling within their sport, finally clicks and they no longer find it a weakness but a new strength.

A friend of mine asked me to train her son in basketball when he was in elementary school.

I have played basketball for 16 years, lacrosse and football for 7 years.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Think about what you want to work on, what you want to improve in, and how dedicated are you in reaching your goals? Set daily goals, weekly goals, monthly goals, and yearly goals. My goal is to help you achieve all of your goals one day at a time.
