When i mett Coach Ramon my Son was talented but nobody could work with him because the said he wasn't putting a effort to it. Coach motivated my son and a way he was sleeping and eating Baseball all the time. Is little different the others in a way the he look for the way to make him work . Good teacher and great coach .

Great approach to all aspects of baseball skills development

I met coach Ramon this past Fall and I can’t say I didn’t learned a thing or two about the game of failures more I like I learned a lot and started to see the game from a different point view, to a point where I started developing a driven mindset to work hard and achieve my goals. He comes from the old school which I like because you learn from the old school people and you may not like the old school way but you’ll learn and develop yourself on and off the field. You’ll have the mentality of always out working everyone on the room and creating a mind as hard as a brick wall “mental toughness”
