First lesson is typically just a run down of the skills the athlete already has, and what the athlete is wanting to develop.
Have worked with player at top D1 college programs and also now playing professionally. Also have worked with children just starting to play the game.
Most important thing is that you're finding an instructor who genuinely wants to help your athlete grow as an athlete and person.
Had the opportunity to coach in the Baseball Factory/Under Armor All-American Showcase this fall.
