I am leaving this website - it's a scam! On 11/10/25, I emailed this website support that I wanted to have my account deleted and to transfer my remaining account balance back to my payment card, but so far they have not taken action or confirmed they will do this. There is nothing in their policies that says this website will retain tutors' credits or that a tutor will lose their remaining account balance if a tutor chooses to delete their account (checked & screenshot on 11/13/25). *Edit: they recently changed their policies to say it's non-refundable... AFTER this happened!* There's also no way to remove your own payment card from your this website account, even though it says there is supposed to be in their Help Center. Red flags!
