About Zara

I'm a Warwick university graduate and Social Researcher, who enjoys helping others learn. I've tutored maths and 11+ verbal and non-verbal reasoning for over 10 years, from 1:1 lessons to Saturday schools. I have a 100% pass rate for all my students that have taken examinations following my tuition.

I tutor because the way my teachers taught didn't always help me to learn and I realised the value of tailored support for grasping concepts and actually succeeding.

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored to each student's level and preferred learning approach, combining clear explanation with structured practice. Sessions typically run 60 minutes.

I typically break concepts down step by step, building up the knowledge and using past papers and exam technique as the basis of the lessons.

I worked with her doing small group classes and 1:1 sessions for maths. I believe she has the skills necessary to successfully tutor any child of any age.

I hired Zara to tutor my daughter and thanks to her, my daughter not only excelled in her exams but gained a genuine interest in her mathematics and verbal reasoning! I can't thank her enough!
