About Autumn
I am a single individual, I have a tesol certification and am working towards my masters in instruction technology specialist certified by the state and my online education degree. My undergraduate was in digital media technology focusing on graphic and web design.
I currently teach esl part time online to gain more experience!
I want to be a college proffessor so it motivated me to get any experience I can.
Work as a part time esl teacher with 4-16 year old students and my current degree correlates with it as well.

Asking students questions to get a basis for what they may or may not know. Depending on what they struggle with its good to pinpoint the disconnect and explain it in different ways so they may understand it. Though it generally works with guiding students to realize it themselves.
Children and adults
Flexibility is probably the most important, I don't think you should pay a premium to be able to learn. Also communicate if something isnt working for you!
