A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I think students should try to understand the different ways they can absorb information (and it's okay if you don't know! There's always room to explore and find out!). For example, I know I only really understand material through examples (haha, ironic!). But some students might need visuals like videos, real life demonstrations, or even mathmetical proofs so they can really understand the idea behind what they're learning/practicing.
