About Kianna
I am a fun teacher that will always try to make someone laugh. I will always connect with the student on a more person level and give them advice. I am also strict on my students doing homework. If they need to do work I will hold them accountable and push them to do what they need to. I will always encourage my students to finish something they started. I am very adaptable to all situations and will make things work in the end.
I love seeing the joy that come wi kids understanding what they need to know in the future so they are able to become successful.
well, if I am being honest, at first it was just the money, but later on during a tutoring session, this girl I was tutoring was saying that I made her feel smart for the first time. She was always smart to begin with, but I was really happy to see her feel that way. That was the day I wanted to become a tutor.
In high school, I have worked with kids that have disabilities or struggle to do something in a class. I will be able to teach one of my classmates a topic they don't understand

My process for working with a new student consists of getting to know them a little and ask them what subjects they are struggling with. If they need to, they can ask questions of how I do things and why. I will need to know if the child had any type of learning disability for me to work with them. It will help me a lot better because I have worked with someone who has had ADHD.
I have worked with kids that have ADHD and just some other kids who struggled in certain subjects.
If you need a teacher, please pick me. Just kidding. The one thing I want students to know when hiring a teacher or tutor, just make sure they know what they are doing and make sure you have fun during the sessions and not feel so down all the time because your tutor is mean to you.
I am really fond of how I got to help this person understand geometry.

Details
I will have to be able to be paid at least 15-20 dollars an hour and if I cut the sessions short due to something happening in my personal life, I will be able to offer somewhat of a payment compromise.
