About Ella
Hi, I’m Ella and I’m a Highschool student pursuing a college degree in music performance. Music has always been a part of my life and it brings me so much joy. The main reason why I started tutoring is so I can afford to attend a Berkeley music program this summer. I hope that in my lessons your student can experience the same enjoyment I gain from music.

Hi, I’m Ella! I am a highschooler pursuing a college degree in music performance. I teach alto saxophone to ages 9-14 but will make exceptions for motivated players! I hope that in my tutoring sessions your student will learn not just how to play, but about music theory, ear training, and general musicality. Side note, my lessons will help compliment school or afterschool music programs, but I do not recommend solely lessons because learning an instrument takes time. I also teach using the essential elements for saxophone book and will provide a pdf, but if your student would prefer a paper version, the book is available on Amazon for about $12.
