I take a personalised approach that is catered to the students needs. This could mean one week helping them understand the work being taught in the classroom and the next week breaking down assessment requirements.
Taking into account my experience as a Teacher Aide, I believe in not just doing a task one week and moving on, but rather using past work selectively through out any future sessions to ensure content is fully understood in multiple contexts.
