About Alfie
I’m an experienced, qualified solicitor with a broad practice, having specialised in criminal and regulatory law & ethics.
I graduated with an excellent law degree from the University of Nottingham in 2016, starting my legal work experience in a criminal high-street firm. I then succeeded in my first and only training contract application with a leading London law firm, at which I also qualified in 2021. Several years later, I moved to an international law firm as a Regulatory lawyer.
My clients have ranged from large law firms to advise on internal and regulatory investigations, to university students who faced allegations in academic and non-academic misconduct hearings.

I’m an experienced, qualified solicitor offering straight-talking, no-fluff law tuition and support with LNAT, LPC / SQE and training contract applications.
My approach is simple: break everything down clearly, focus on what actually gets marks, and cut out the noise. No academic fluff - just a focus on understanding complex legal concepts clearly, and developing strong legal analysis and arguments on that basis. As a practising solicitor I write all day every day, so I am well-versed in persuasive writing techniques and can bring real experience of the qualification process.
I’ve had a broad practice, ranging from criminal law to regulatory law & ethics, and my former clients even include university students who faced allegations in academic and non-academic misconduct hearings.
