I am very good at explaining maths ideas, patiently going over them with you. I will prepare you well for the exam. I will set questions for homework, which we review the following week.

Lessons last 1 hour, we will recap basic concepts for a topic, go over some worked examples, and then the student will try similar questions. The student can ask me questions at any time during the lesson. I am here to help the student if they get stuck.
The lessons will be tailored to the student's current attainment level. As exams approach in year 11, we will practice lots of past paper questions. If they are in years 7-10 work will be tailored according to their target grade for that year. Homework is set each week, but only it fits around school work of course. The following week, I provide feedback on the homework.
