About Jonathan
From an early age, I have played music in a variety of settings, genres, and styles. I have a bachelor's degree, and a master's degree in music, and use that knowledge to make all students feel enriched by my lessons.
I have also shared the stage with nationally known artists, Grammy winners and nominees, and have even written multiple articles for a national guitar magazine.
I believe that I have to give back what I’ve been given. It’s this desire to give back that motivates me as a teacher. But more than anything else, it’s the positive energy and connections I get from my students that has kept me teaching for so long. I would love to include you in my roster!

“Fun and rewarding” I use a student-centered approach to help anyone reach their musical goals. Drawing from over 20 years of experience, I can pinpoint each student's strengths and teach them how to cultivate those strengths.
Whether you are prepping for college, or just picking up the instrument for the first time, I possess the knowledge and pedagogy to make your music journey fun and rewarding!
