About Stephanie
I am a 200hr certified yoga instructor and studied in Maui, Hawaii. I have practiced all over the country with a variety of studios and teachers.
I have taught in studio settings, parks, private lessons and even in corporate settings. However, I prefer to work with individuals and small groups.

We will first set discuss your desires as a student and I will work to set a goal or plan to work through with you in lessons. This will be tailored individually to each student and can include a variety of my teaching practices.
My approach to yoga is a mind, body & spirit unification and a practice to be present in the every day life. This comes out in my lessons!
I can teach all ages and abilities. I love to work with beginners.
